Services

Everything it takes to track a fleet — handled.

Take one service or all four. Most customers have us supply and install the trackers, run them on GeoSavanna, and stay with us for support as the fleet grows.

01 — Tracker supply

The right device for every vehicle and asset.

We recommend and supply trackers matched to what you are tracking and how much power it has. Each unit is configured for GeoSavanna and tested on the bench before it ships, so it reports the moment it is powered up.

  • Wired fleet trackers for trucks, vans and cars
  • Battery trackers for trailers, containers and plant
  • JT808 terminals and dashcams for camera projects
  • Coban, Concox and GT06-compatible models
  • SIM and APN set-up included
  • Your existing trackers assessed and re-used where possible

02 — Installation

Fitted properly, checked live, signed off.

Our technicians install at your depot or site to keep vehicles off the road for as little time as possible. Units are concealed, ignition sensing and power are wired correctly, and every vehicle is confirmed reporting on the live map before we hand it back.

  • On-site installation at your depot or yard
  • Concealed fitting with ignition and power sensing
  • Live check on the map before sign-off
  • Vehicle and asset register set up in the platform
  • Removal and re-installation when vehicles change
  • Fault-finding on existing installations

03 — Custom integrations

Tracking data where your team already works.

GeoSavanna has a documented REST API and signed webhooks for every event. Our engineers use them to connect tracking to your ERP, dispatch, control-room or reporting tools — or your developers can build on them directly.

  • Trip, geofence and driving events pushed by webhook
  • HMAC-signed deliveries with a retry and delivery log
  • REST API with an OpenAPI specification
  • Integrations to ERP, dispatch and control-room systems
  • Custom reports and data exports
  • Support for additional tracker protocols on request

04 — Monitoring & support

A direct line to the people who run the platform.

After go-live we keep an eye on device health, re-configure trackers over the air when something needs to change, and train your users. When you need help, you reach the team that builds GeoSavanna.

  • Device health checks for trackers that stop reporting
  • Remote commands and re-configuration over the air
  • Onboarding and training for managers and controllers
  • Geofence and alert set-up tuned to your operation
  • Hand-off of alerts to your control room or response partner
  • Platform updates included
